Decorative 1800 century biscuit bust by Peter Christen Asbjørnsen (15 January 1812 - 6 January 1885), Norwegian author, folklore collector and naturalist. Together with his youth friend Jørgen Moe, he formed the author couple Asbjørnsen and Moe, which in Norway has become a synonym for Norwegian folk tales.
